Meet the dedicated team members who will be your Concierge throughout this Journey.

Meet members of your team who have access to this Order.  Add more team members now.

Content Plan

Summary of your Service, useful if you already have a Content Plan discussed and finalised with your Brand/Success Manager.

Change Log

A log of all changes made to this Order.

How to Export my Order into PDF

There is an Export Quote button that you can click to export to PDF.

How to Accept & Pay for my Order

If you are happy to proceed with the Order, you need to click on Accept and Pay on the Order page. Before you click Confirm, please choose from these 2 payment methods: 

On Account

Invoice will be issued, Net 30 day payment term

Pay with Wallet Usage

Order Price will be deducted from existing Wallet, no invoice issued.

Cancelling my Order after Accepting & Paying

We understand sometimes requirements change so if, for any reason, you need to cancel your Order after accepting and paying, please discuss directly with your Brand Manager.

What Happens Next 

After you have accepted and paid for the Order, a Concierge member from the 90 Seconds team will come in and introduce her/himself to you on-platform. 

Our Finance team will also prepare

This happens within 24 hours of you confirming the Order. Who is a Concierge?
