# Your Order is Ready

When you Submit an Order, it will be sent to our Concierge team for a review first, before the final quote is released for your consideration. This will take between 1-3 business days depending on the complexity of your needs.

There are 7 tabs under the Order page that gives you all the information you need.

| Home | Main Page where you can see the main video title, due date and quoted price in the currency of choice. |
| --- | --- |
| Price Summary | Breakdown of price including *Run My Creation* and *Platform Fees*. [What’s that?](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1NNn5heVYSSvnCMvXZBOFGM0vEcsftN54yH1bvTQP4Qg/edit?tab=t.kygi0jwbkm5i) |
| Breakdown | Information about Where, When and Due Date for Filming. |
| Concierge | Meet the dedicated team members who will be your Concierge throughout this Journey. |

### **How to Export my Order into PDF**

There is an **Export Quote** button that you can click to export to PDF.

### **How to Accept & Pay for my Order**

If you are happy to proceed with the Order, you need to click on **Accept and Pay on the Order page**. Before you click Confirm, please choose from these 2 payment methods: 

| **On Account** | Invoice will be issued, Net 30 day payment term |
| --- | --- |
| **Pay with Wallet Usage** | Order Price will be deducted from existing Wallet, no invoice issued. |

### **Cancelling my Order after Accepting & Paying**

We understand sometimes requirements change so if, for any reason, you need to cancel your Order after accepting and paying, please discuss directly with your Brand Manager.

### **What Happens Next**

After you have accepted and paid for the Order, a Concierge member from the 90 Seconds team will come in and introduce her/himself to you on-platform. 

Our Finance team will also prepare
