What's the difference between Order, Delivery and Content pages?

From the main Dashboard, you can click into any Order to access the details. If you end up in the wrong Order, please click back to Dashboard to re-select.

Within the platform, there are 3 apps called Order, Delivery and Content partitioned to enforce privacy and security. The label displayed on the top left side indicates the page you are viewing.


This page is displaying the Orders tab, as seen in the top-left label.

Orders Page

Private tab between Brand Manager and Clients only. Suitable when discussing financial matters i.e. pricing, procurement process, invoicing etc.

Clients Brand Manager 

Delivery Page

Open tab between Concierge, Creator Team and Clients. Suitable for all-around production management especially timeline management and chat room function.

Content Page

Open tab between Concierge, Editor and Clients. Suitable for submitting edit feedback, progress tracking and downloads.

You can now see a sub-bar which contains more navigational tabs as below.

Delivery Page 

This is a central place to collaborate with your Creator team on all aspects of the project including transparent communication and timeline management. Your assigned Concierge will be actively supporting you in producing consistent, high-quality content faster and more efficiently.


It is important to click Join the Chat so you are part of the conversation and receive notification via email each time someone comments on this page. 

Content Page 

This is a central place to upload documents, view footages, and manage all your content edits in one workflow. It helps you organise projects, collaborate with editors, and track progress from first cut to delivery.

 

It ensures files are delivered on time, clearly organised, and ready for download or distribution.
