# Login and Reset Password

Step 1: On your browser, go to [www.90seconds.com](https://90seconds.com/) and click **Go To Platform**.

Step 2: Under **Log In**, enter Username and Password (if you have them) or click **Don’t remember your password?** to trigger a password change.

Note: If you are a new User who has never logged in before, you will be taken to a page to **Set Password.**

Step 3: If you need to change your password, enter email address and click **SEND EMAIL.**

Step 4: Check your Email inbox. A notification from [support@90seconds.com](mailto:support@90seconds.com) will ask you to confirm a password change.

Step 5: Click **CONFIRM** and you will be taken to a Change Password screen.

Step 6: Enter your new password in both boxes, then click Next arrow. If successful, you will see this screen. You can now go back to Step 1 and use your new password to login.
