Private chatroom between Brand Manager and Clients only. Suitable when discussing financial matters i.e. pricing, procurement process, invoicing, changes to original scope of work including requesting for additional rounds of edit etc.

Open chatroom between Clients, Concierge, and Creator Team. Suitable for collaboration and communication throughout Delivery and Content stages.

But, my chat is too noisy! 

You can mute notifications on-platform by going to the Delivery app and clicking the 3 dots on the top right corner of the chatroom. Select Mute Notifications.
